Pick up at our Warehouse
By picking up your order from our warehouse, you can save money and time. You will need to have a vehicle that can handle the weight and length of your items and obey all road weight restrictions. Your order will be on a wrapped pallet, ready for transportation. In case of smaller orders tile parcels might be separated for easier loading. We have a forklift for easier transfer of your order.
Please feel free to contact us to obtain the details such as weight & dimensions specific to your order so you can make appropriate transport decision. Most importantly notify us of time you wish to make a pickup of your purchase.
Delivery to location
Buy My Tiles offers delivery to both residential and commercial locations. You can choose to have your order delivered to your house or at your project site. We want to make sure that all orders are delivered easily, efficiently and without any issues. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any transport questions. We ask that you allocate safe and easy access for our delivery staff.
When your order arrives, you want to be sure the quantities match what you ordered. Unless specifically requested (additional cost), all deliveries are curb-side. Once unloaded, it is recommended that you store the flooring material in the location where it is to be installed. This will allow the flooring material to acclimate and it will reduce the number of times you will have to move the tiles. Boxes of material can weigh as much as 35 kg. depending on the product.
Upon arrival please inspect the delivery and check for any visible damages and record them on your order slip. Check items in detail after offload to make sure all items are received in good order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a redelivery is required or difficult access to site. We reserve a right not to offload any cargo if terrain is unsuitable, unsafe for offloading.
